In her role, she partners with portfolio companies to help them develop strong teams ready to excel on the global stage. Prior to ScaleX, Sinem gained extensive experience at innovative companies such as Insider and Getir. Her multidisciplinary background in psychology, operations, and human resources enables her to tackle complex organizational challenges with expertise.

Outside of work, Sinem actively contributes to global communities like #IAmRemarkable and Startup Grind. She also has a deep appreciation for art, which led her to attend UAL Central Saint Martins to study curating, adding a creative dimension to her perspective.Sinem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Middle East Technical University.
